Liberal Party Judge Frees Smuggler With 17.5 Lbs Of Fentanyl
Sandor Rigo was stopped by Corporal Clayton Catellier after Rigo tailgated the officer at a speed approximately 15 KPH over the posted limit. Cpl. Catellier then pulled over Rigo’s brown Ford Windstar minivan.
The stop occurred in a known drug trafficking corridor on Highway 1 between Chilliwack and Hope British Columbia. There were many mobile phones in the vehicle including Blackberry cellphones (popular among drug dealers for their encryption). Rigo was violently shaking in the front seat as a mix of heavy scented cologne and air fresheners emitted from the vehicle.
Rigo had a story. He was making the 22 hour round trip from Calgary to Vancouver to purchase a set of used tires. Cpl. Catellier stated Rigo’s story was “one of the most illogical travel stories that (Catellier) had heard in the hundreds of traffic stops that he has conducted.” A set of used tires for a Ford Windstar are worth $200 a new set closer to $400. Clearly Rigo was beyond suspicious at this point.
A K-9 unit responded and the dog, having found drugs 30-50 times in it’s sniffer career, alerted officers to Rigo’s stash. The K-9 tail wagging, pawed up on the vehicle, then sat to signal the presence of narcotics.
17.5 Lbs of fentanyl (27 500 pills) and a large amount of cash were seized. Rigo was charged with possession with intent to sell. He had enough fentanyl to lethal dose 3 968 933 people.
Enter the Liberal Party appointed Judge Justice Michael J. Brundrett. The defense claimed the dog did not sit all the way down to alert officers. The dog sat down with it’s hind touching a curb startling it. The defense council could not provide one case example where this would be a reason to consider the dogs alert ambiguous.
Liberal Judge Brundrett set the example that day, acquitting Rigo and setting him free to traffic even more fentanyl.
Liberal Party Legalizes Drug Runners To Carry 1250 Lethal Doses Of Fentanyl
This is hard to believe however, on January 31, 2023 the Liberal government provided exemption under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act allowing criminals to carry 2.5 grams of fentanyl. The well known lethal dose is a 0.002 grams.
Drug dealers seized this Liberal Party gift of astounding opportunity. From their hidden lairs, top end dealers could equip runners with the new legal possession limit and send them to deal. The mini dealers are then awarded with free drugs once they complete their quota for the day. If stopped by police the officers would seize the drugs but are forced to release the runner.
The Liberal Party control of Health Canada has allowed this program to continue running into 2025, even though the addiction death toll remains over 570% higher than 2.5 decades ago. The Liberals love to tout a drop in deaths over the past few years. The mainstream media loves to support this short term Liberal talking point. The long term truth, Canada is being destroyed.

I'm curious: can you clarify what you mean when you say "Bill C-5 REMOVED these minimum sentences"? Are you saying that there are no more minimum sentences for all of these crimes?
